WHAT'S IN IT?

Inspired by the concept of Social Business this project builds a Private and Commercial Graveyard for Muslims for the first time in Bangladesh named OPAR including all the related Funeral Services for those who want to buy private resting place after death for themselves and their family members by the values and code of Islam.

This Private Graveyard facilitates the deceased to bury in privately bought grave (Saf-Kabla registered) eternally for both of this world and after. However, Grave owner can authorize his/her family members to bury at the same Grave after death accordingly, if only willing to.

This unprecedented idea of sellable Private Graveyard will cut off all the stress and hardship of the relatives of the deceased regarding finding Grave and burying. This way the deceased can also be buried immediately after passing, which is recommended by Islam.

LOCATION

This Graveyard is located at Kapasia, Gazipur directly aligned with the highway at outskirts of Dhaka capital and 100 minutes driving distance from the main city through BRT (Bangladesh Rapid Transit).

Total area of the Cemetery is consist of around 200+ decimal / 2+ acre / 87,120+ sq. feet which can accommodate around 1000+ Graves plots, 8' X 4' = 32 sft each after deducting 60% space for common facilities and walk way. These plots are available for selling both in installment and one off payment in different prices and there is a quarterly maintenance fee against each occupied Grave.

TERMS OF AFTERLIFE

Special discount offer is only applicable for first 300 plots
Clients need to pay their full dues before SAF KABLA Registration and utilizing their allotted Graves.
Plot delivery will start from Dec 2026 on first come first serve basis
VAT, registration fees and other surcharges are applicable on buyers
Burial cost and Maintenance fees are applicable only for occupied graves. No charges for empty grave.
Related funeral services will be provided to only existing clients, not for the outsiders.
Grave owner can nominate an individual as next kin who will be the authorized representative and contact personnel in his/her absence
OPAR Cemetery and Services Ltd. reserves the right to revise/cancel its Price, Sale and Discount based upon circumstantial need and contingency.

A transferable Platinum Membership privilege card will be issued in favor of the member and the Card bearer of the respective Grave will have the access to these facilities from generation to generation.

CORPORATE SALES

Any Corporation, Institution or Enterprise interested to buy minimum 5 Grave plots or above will qualify under Corporate Sales and will enjoy additional 8% discount compare to the regular or discounted price posted.

MOU needs to be signed between the Organizations where mode of payment and other terms may vary based on sales volume, negotiation and mutual agreement.

Corporate Social Responsibility

100 plots will be donated for emergencies and those who are unable to afford burial cost as part of CSR and social compliance. All the related cost e.g. funeral, burying and maintenance will also be exempted indefinitely for them.
